Our approach

Rothe Maritime

Every yacht project brings together multiple activities, people and areas of expertise.
Technical work, timelines, budgets and decisions need to progress in parallel and remain aligned.

Our role is to provide structure, clarity and coordination, supporting the project through continuous oversight and clear communication.
Rather than applying a fixed formula, we adapt our way of working to each yacht and each context.

The focus is on keeping all activities aligned, anticipating issues and supporting informed decisions as the project evolves.

1. Insight

We start with understanding.

Insight means independent technical analysis, realistic assessment and clear evaluation of risks, constraints and opportunities.

It is built on technical knowledge, direct operational experience at sea, and a solid understanding of shipyards, refit processes and regulatory frameworks.

This phase allows owners, shipyards and partners to make decisions based on facts — not assumptions.

Oversight is where method becomes execution.

We provide structured project supervision, coordinating involved parties, monitoring progress and controlling budgets and timelines.
Clear reporting, consistency, attention to detail, time management and open communication are central to this phase.

Our oversight ensures that what has been agreed is delivered — on time, within budget and to the expected standard.

Presence matters.

Onsite means being physically present where decisions are made and work is carried out. It allows immediate problem-solving, effective communication between parties and the ability to react quickly when conditions change.

By working directly on site, we eliminate unnecessary intermediaries and maintain full control of the project’s evolution.

How we work

Clear and transparent positioning, with no commercial interest in execution

We work alongside owners, shipyards and partners within existing teams and workflows

Focused on clarity, efficiency, quality, structured communication

Flexible support, adapted to the specific scope and objectives of each project

Led by Camilla Rothe, the team works with a shared method and a clear objective: to deliver structure, clarity and control at every stage of a yacht project.

Why it works

This approach is designed to support the project in the present while contributing to long-term advantages in how the yacht is managed, maintained and understood over time.

By reducing uncertainty, supporting alignment and addressing issues early, it helps create a smoother process, clearer communication and greater confidence throughout the project.

On time. On budget. No surprises.
